**IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to keep your donation in "tax deductible" status, please note the following:
 
·    Always make check payable to "Moved With Compassion" only.
 
·   You can write "preferable for Fontenot" in the "memo" section of your check, but it's better to leave it blank because simply including "Jeremy Fontenot" in the mailing address of the envelope is sufficient.
 
·   Or, if you prefer, you can enclose a separate note in the envelope, explaining how you want your donation appropriated.
